Abstract
In article the mechanism of improvement of scientific and innovative activity of university – development and deployment of the "Improvement of SIA of University on the basis of Forsythe's Carrying Out on Various Subject Domains on a Regular Basis" procedure is considered. Development and deployment of this mechanism promotes embedding of scientific and innovative activity of university in regional and national innovative systems, to interaction of higher education institution with structures of real sector of economy, to competitiveness increase.
