Abstract
At the beginning of 2014 the "Theories of Management and Business Technologies" chair of REU of G. V. Plekhanov began development of the "Creation of Methodology of Forsythe of Development of the Theory and Technology of Management (Management) for Commercialization of Results of Researches of University" project. We will remind that Forsythe is systematic attempts to estimate long-term prospects of science, technologies, economies and societies to define the strategic directions of researches and new technologies capable to bring the greatest social and economic benefits. In the majority of the Russian sources of information on Forsythe researches on technological and regional types of Forsythe prevail. We were interested in data on Forsythe in the sphere of science, in particular in such subject domain as management.
