Abstract
The analysis of methods of improvement of studying and forecasting quality of need of the region in professional resources is presented in the article. Use of the principle of the educational environment profilisation in activity of administrations of educational institutions of the Association «University Educational Complex» as a factor of increase of employment efficiency of university graduates is considered.
