Abstract
In the article discusses the theoretical prerequisites of entropic methods of analysis and the possibility of their use in the psychology of work. Mastering of the profession - it is not the monotonous deterministic process; its dynamic comprises fluctuations and is characterized by a high degree of the stochasticity. Entropy, a measure of randomness of the process (or systems) can be calculated. Outline the rationale for possibilities of using of the entropic approach in the analysis of the psychological structure of activities, as well as in the study of personality development professional.
