ROLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF STUDENTS IN IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract
In the article the role of psychological features of students in implementation of educational process is analyzed. Strengthening of conscious motives of behavior is considered as characteristic feature of moral development of the personality at this age. Modern requirements to the specialist define need of creation of uniform complex education system which will provide continuity of transfer of knowledge and will strengthen motivation of future professional activity.
