Abstract
The article presents a Russian-language version of the С.R. Snyder’s Adult Hope Scale (AHS). Some psychometric indicators of the scale have been analyzed – the test-retest reliability of the test, its validity, and other parameters have been investigated. The scale is one of the positive psychology diagnostic methods. The score indicates the level of hope that is seen as positive motivational state. Feeling of the success of an activity and existence of planning to identify goals in life are considered as components of hope.
