Abstract
Work with documents in "manual mode" entails a number of challenges as their registration, search and storage, which poses the problem of the reorganization of this work is particularly acute. This article provides an analysis of the conduct of business processes work orders (as documents) in the general department, for example Volgograd State Technical University.
