Abstract
After the implementation of quality management system there is a problem of evaluation of its efficiency. The difficulty lies in choosing the evaluation criterions. In the article the methodology of evaluation the efficiency of safety management system of food products based on the separation of core activities into four categories: processes, products, documents and resources is suggested.
