Abstract
In this paper the control system performance milling on CNC machines, which is based on the measurement of the acoustic signal from cutting area. This system allows you to define the tool wear and to predict failure during processing and prevent breakage. Enables timely replace tool that leads to the prediction of marriage, reducing the time and cost for replacement material.
