Abstract
The development of nanotechnologies dictates the need of development of the new research and measuring equipment, allowing to form and control the properties of nanostructures, including for quality control of new materials and quality of surfaces treatment. The short characteristic of the main research methods of materials of nanometer range is presented in the article.
