Abstract
The article discusses the phenomenon of leadership through the study of various aspects of the external appearance of the leader in modern foreign studies. The authors note that a wide range of issues that are addressed in foreign papers have hardly been studied in the Russian papers. The conclusion about the necessity of studying appearance leader in the Russian reality of the XXI century.
