Abstract
The article considers the factors the formation of human personality. The author is based on the of Theoretical position according to which individuality is realized in man as the subject of activity (of labor, cognition, communicate). One of the most important aspects of human individuality is professionalism as integral characteristic of a professional human. Individual professionalism provides the social adaptation and conservation the health of personality.
