Abstract
The most important condition of enterprise success is the high level of consumer satisfaction with quality of the proposed product. The manufacturer of product should to assess its consumer value determined by the ratio between the benefits of using this product and the cost of its acquisition and using. At this work the algorithm for estimation of consumer satisfaction further development of activities aimed to improving the activities of the enterprise in general is proposed.
