Abstract
In article methods of active training as means of formation of creative independence of students designers are considered. During theoretical research and with a basis the most effective methods of the organization of educational and creative process are allocated for characteristic professional features within discipline of "A basis of production skill". Efficiency of these methods is successfully tested during specially organized pedagogical experiment.
