Abstract
Patients, diseased by arterial hypertension, not less than 10% were noted severe form of arterial blood pressure, when diastolic arterial pressure >110mm.Hg. The reason of our investigation represented to assess the results of combined treatments with selective alfa-1- adrenoblocker. doxazosin of above mentioned patients. 32 patients were investigated in the medical centre. They were treated with lisinopril, hypothiazid, amlodipin and metoprolol succinate. After 7 day treatment without results with the above mentioned drugs doxazosin were added: After 1 year treatment systolic and diastolic arterial pressure were decreased according with 22,2% and 29,8%, central and intracardial hemodynamic significantly improved and hypertrophic regression were noted.
