Abstract
The article touches upon the evolution of mobile services and features of the development of inter-operator interaction in Russia . In modern conditions of explosive development of technology can clearly trace the development of mobile services and highlight its stages . The author reveals the peculiarities of the mobile market, as well as the relationship between the operators and the formation of the cost of services under amendments to the law "On Communications" and speculated about how the current conditions and taking into account the evolution can develop mobile market.
