Abstract
The paper contemplates the development review of channel managers. The results of the undertaken study make the author come to the conclusion that channel managers are a much more economically effective option than older distribution systems and they already find their market challenged with new perspective opponents. The given problems are of multifaceted nature and topical for our region.
