Abstract
The foreign teachers' critical thinking conception is analyzed in the paper. The methodological bases are considered, researches prospects in this direction are determined. The author discussed about investigated problems: thinking levels hierarchy and place of critical thinking in this hierarchy, genesis of critical reasoning too. It is affirmed about necessity to generalize conceptual researches and to deep critical thinking theoretical model.
