Abstract
This paper focuses on the identification of priority areas for socio-economic development in the regions and municipalities. The analysis showed that these FZ-131 communities shall not directed in full to the ability to use the tools of strategic planning for the revitalization of the economy depressed municipalities. This problem is still relevant.
