SOME PARTICULARITIES OF THE IST AND COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES USE IN THE PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract
In the article are considered questions connected with need of ICT teaching and computer technologies improvement in training of preschool children and in elementary schools grades. The today's boom in development of communication and computer technologies demands preparation of the qualified experts, and it becomes possible only at high professional level of teachers, which are capable to provide an appropriate level of children preparation. Continuous retraining of the teacher, improvement of training methods are necessary. The base of erudition level is already put in preschool establishment. Children having good preparation, easier and better acquire a school course, they are leaders in studying math, languages, natural sciences. The general collaboration of the teacher and the family is necessary for receiving good education, continuous monitoring in definition of strong and weak sides in educational activity of the pupil, and on its basis, activity correction, both of the child, and the teacher is necessary.
