THE ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL MODEL OF THYROXINE, LYDASE AND IODMETHYLATE 2 (DIMETHYLAMINO) ETHYL ESTER N –(P-METOXYBENZOIL) – D, L – FENILALANYN INFLUENCE UNDER ORGANIC LESIONS OF SPINAL CORD

Abstract
The results of our experimental studies have shown that the complex influence of thyroxine, lydase and and iodmethylate 2 (dimethylamino) ethyl ester N –(p-metoxybenzoil – D, L - fenilalanyn) on the electrical excitability of single pyramidal neurons of sensomotor zones of cortex was provided on rats with left – side lateral hemisection on T8 – T9 level. The investigations have shown a recovery of supporting, locomotor and sensory functions in rats have been administrated the enzyme lydase and thyroid hormone – thyroxine and choline ester – and iodmethylate 2 (dimethylamino) ethyl ester N –(p-metoxybenzoil – D, L - fenilalanyn). The least intensive infla­m­atory and destructive processes and a slightly noticeable, loose scar in the lesioned half of the spinal cord are observed in animals treated with lydase, thyroxine and and iodmethylate 2 (dimethylamino) ethyl ester N –(p-metoxybenzoil – D, L - fenilalanyn).
