Abstract
In this article the author shares the experience of the use of three quality management tools in a single session. The possibility of using "brainstorming", Ishikawa diagrams are described in detail as well as a matrix chart to help in practical classes on genetics students successfully identify the factors contributing to the appearance of congenital abnormalities in children. The use of such methods in teaching protsesse leads to activation of the students and helps to improve the quality of the educational process.
