Abstract
The effectiveness of innovation policy of higher educational institutions depends on the quality and the elaboration of organizational and economic mechanism for its implementation, coordination of work of each link. To ensure this coherence is difficult,particularly because of the mutual influence of marketing sophistication, science, educationand production. Only the precise organization of interaction can ensure the integrity and continuity of the innovation process, to reduce the time required the development of innovative results, and get all sorts of effects.
