PATHOLOGY PELVIS AT PREGNANT WOMEN SUFFERING FROM SCOLIOSIS AND OSTHEOHONDROSIS OF SPINE

Abstract
The condition of the joints of the pelvis and the pelvic ring in 80 pregnant women suffering from scoliosis III, IV and severity of osteochondrosis with a herniated intervertebral disc. It is established that the pathology of the pelvic joints in pregnant women with scoliosis and osteochondrosis occurs in 83,7% of the clinical observations. Most often, pathology is localized in one of the sacroiliac joint – 68,6% of pregnant women. The information on the nature and frequency of major clinical symptoms of disease in the joints of the pelvis. It is shown that 7,5% of cases in pregnant women with severe scoliosis occurs structural deformation of the pelvic ring which may have detrimental effects on the pregnant uterus and developing fetus in its cavity.
