Abstract
Municipality carry persons holding municipal positions, that is, passing municipal service. The purpose of this study is to identify ways to develop municipal services, as well as the study of the system of professional training of municipal employees. Evaluation of the effectiveness of municipal employees with the use of various modern technologies of personnel should be one of the mechanisms to improve municipal service, based on a system of indicators, taking into account the majority of the municipal service. Regular appraisal of municipal employees should occupy a special place in the work with employees. To the quality of municipal services has increased, it is necessary to apply effective measures for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel.
