MODEL IMPACT OF ENGINEERING CHANGES ON THE MANUFACTURABILITY OF DEVICES DURING DESIGN

Abstract
Proposed and confirmed the hypothesis that between the level of manufacturability design of instruments and the amount of design and technological changes to the design documentation on the preliminary stages of development, technical project and working documentation, there is a direct correlation. An experimental study of five planned units under the existing production model derived relationship between the process of increasing the manufacturability of the device design and the introduction of engineering changes in its structure. The results allow to plan the work to ensure the quality and manufacturability of designs of devices in the enterprise.
