Abstract
The article deals with the practice of the description and specification of models of adaptive skills and training, given the definition of the claimed process, the formation of values and as a product of modern culture and education. Adaptability of knowledge is seen as a resource for the humanization of education and the educational support and program-pedagogical maintenance of the products of culture and education, facilitative problem solving and self-development.
