SOCIAL DESIGN AS A TOOL OF THE HIGH-QUALITY VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF ARCHITECTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract
Analysis of the social order, of the Federal state educational standard of the higher professional education on specialty "Architecture", the dissertation research during the last decade, a survey of employers revealed that the modern architect must possess the competence of social engineering. Efforts to improve the effectiveness of professional architectural education in higher education were undertaken by scientists-teachers through a creative method of the architect, graphic activity, the creation of a typology of social housing models, the formation of professional culture, development of creative potential of future specialists, etc. On this basis, we concluded that there was insufficient research on the problem of improving the quality of training of architects in the development of social planning in high school as professional competence of the future, as well as the development of its scientific and methodological support. Our research, including experimental, conducted over five years.
The results of the theoretical and methodological analysis of the identified problems and experimental work have confirmed our hypothesis about the possibility of high-quality professional training of architects in higher education with regard to the development of social planning.
