Abstract
Present technique of optimizing the structure and properties of composite materials. Used lines of equal quality functional level (quality criteria set). Functional of the quality is developed based on the model of the composite material. The optimization is performed on the parameters considered transient formation of physical and mechanical characteristics. A example implementation is given.
