Abstract
This article discusses and analyzes the dependence of the formation of the stratification structure of general education and special (military school) classes from interpersonal relationships within the team as an example of positive deviance. The analysis is based on a poll of students on the most important factors influencing the interpersonal relationships in the process of training activities.
