As it is known from the history of human development, the human society started from ancient times to learn about life in the world, about the events that surround it, about the interaction of people, to learn from the good and bad things that happened. These collected data are the basis of the outlook on human life, social development, and events related to them, and they consist of news and information. For example, human, animal, ghost, demon, nature, etc. Legends and fairy tales are the collected information about the worldview of mankind. The security of that information is numbers, ciphers, etc. not confirmed by sizes. If the events that people hear, see, and feel can be measured based on certain criteria, then the information will be obtained in the form of numbers, codes or designations. In order to know the impact of information on the worldview of people, they must be measured, collected, sent and received. It should be developed according to the purpose and based on it, smart solutions for living and the future should be prepared. This to-do list must be done in a specific way based on the methods based on the spiritual values that mankind has created.
Throughout the history of human development, the tasks of measuring, collecting, sending and receiving data and developing solutions have been performed. Data processing was and still is a very important task in life and economic affairs. Throughout history, such work in science and education, as well as in economics, has been understood as accounting. In fact, the volume of accounting work in data processing remains large. The timeliness and reliability of any given result or solution still depends to some extent on the methods and means of performing the calculations. All kinds of technical means and tools have been created and used in modern times during the development of human history in order to speed up accounting work and to perform it in a timely manner in accordance with the demand. The information defined by codes and numbers was processed in such technical means and tools, but it was not possible to organize, process, and solve the information and messages that were not defined by numbers. Processing of such messages and information became possible only with the creation of computers in the second half of the 20th century.
The information society is an advanced level of society in which the majority of workers are engaged in the production, storage, processing and sale of information. Informatization of the society means increasing the role of education and information technologies in the life of the society, increasing the share of people working in information and communication technologies in the society, increasing the share of information products and services in the gross domestic product, increasing the use of telephone, television and Internet in the society, the creation of the global information space and the digital economy, the development of e-government.
The concept of “information society” first appeared in 1940 as a result of the emergence of cybernetics. However, due to the development of computerization and information technology, this term began to be used later.
50% of the world’s population has access to the Internet, and seven out of 10 households in the poorest countries have a cell phone. In the world’s poorest countries, people have more access to cell phones than they do to toilets and drinking water. Worldwide access to the Internet has grown from 4 billion to 5 billion and continues to grow.
Digital revolution (Digital Revolution) is the fundamental changes that took place as a result of the mass transition from analog technology to digital technology in the first decades of the 21st century and the 1980s, and the spread of information and communication technologies that began in the second half of the 20th century and led to the information revolution. The information revolution has led to globalization and the postindustrial economy.
