Abstract
The article is devoted to the prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of the legislation on combating corruption in state and municipal bodies. The main directions, methods and mechanisms of counteracting corruption within the framework of the prosecutor's supervision were studied. Recommendations are presented on improving the activities of the prosecutor's office on supervision in the sphere in question.
