Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the problems of large and small businesses, their correlation and the allocation of large business as the driving force of the economy. The best way to overcome difficulties is the integration of business forms, which gives a synergistic effect that corresponds to the needs of the modern economy in the context of globalization.
