Abstract
Inspection been done one-storey of production workshop with a mixed structural layout. Necessity of replacement or strengthening basic bearing constructions, fencing elements and coatings is revealed. The reconstruction process is complicated by the terms of the existing production. Changing structural building layout and redistribution of loads led to the need for strengthening foundations.
