Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the analytical procedures of internal audit the effectiveness of the entities of the restaurant business. Presents indicators to measure the effectiveness of the activities of the restaurant, on the results of that analysis, the internal auditor will express an opinion on the functioning of the economic entity and to identify ways of its development in the future.
