Abstract
This article deals with the legal protection of medical secrecy citizen in the field of labor and employment. Given the fact that the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, to a large extent, regulate information relations mainly in the legal regime of personal data format (articles 86-90 of the Labor Code), is the need to make the appropriate changes to the existing legislation, aimed at a more detailed regulation of the relations arising concerning medical secrecy citizen (worker, patient).
