Abstract
The article deals with the experience of mobilization resource training for the Russian army. Analyzes the positive experience of the training of military specialists at civilian universities, as well as negative aspects of preparation and their causes. Based on the analysis proposed to establish an adequate system of training of reserve soldiers in civilian higher educational institutions.
