Abstract
The article discusses the issues connected with studying of legal essence of the artificial land plot. The author makes analysis of angles to its definition, which were contained in the literature before the «Law about artificial land plots…» entered into force and shows practical relevance of the method of dualistic nature of artificial land plot which were applied by legislator.
