ANALYSIS OF SYSTEM DESIGN CALCULATION OF THE THERMAL MODES OF ELEMENTS OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS

Abstract
In this work the problem of modeling of thermal processes in modern CAD is considered; approaches to the design of thermal systems calculation. The analysis of the problem of TIPC methods is given. The question of necessary and sufficient features of such systems is unresolved. To solve this problem, a concept of the system of calculation of thermal modes of the elements; creating standalone computing system. This approach is based on a combination simplify the calculations, reducing the requirements for developers and open source software development.
