Abstract
This article analyzes the external environment of the branch of PJSC "MTS" in Taganrog, its main competitors in the market, as well as the analysis of the internal environment of the company, its work with clients, it offered services and tariffs. For a detailed analysis carried out comparing several companies with similar services and identified the advantages of the company PJSC "MTS" in Taganrog.
