Abstract
The article is devoted to question of formation of health culture in modern young girls. Captivated by the beauty standards of popular culture, girls are in a false interpretation of the health/beauty as the "cult of the body": (mass) society only further entrenches these social beliefs promoted by the "religion of beauty". To change ideas about health largely can help to clarify the content of the conceptment motivation that allows you to "splice" value-orientation and co-gnotify components of the culture of a healthy lifestyle, thereby (CCA-vremeni the content of the term "motivation") will make the understanding of the health of authentic, reflecting the harmony of the human soul and body.
