Abstract
This article is devoted to the grading system.This topic is relevant, because the number of companies introducing this system is growing every year, and more and more managers realize the positive effect of the implementation. In modern conditions of development of market economy, the external environment constantly poses new challenges to the enterprises. In this regard, it is increasingly difficult to remain competitive and implement its strategy. That`s why it is important to form a clear remuneration system for employees and investors.
