THE MODEL OF OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS OF LARGE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In conditions of high market competition, every enterprise is interested in reducing their costs, most of which are generated in the procurement and ensure process of the organization with inventory values and various types of works and services. Procurement management in big companies is complicated by the large volumes of applications for provision, insufficient control over their execution and staying within the approved budget, and also by tightened delivery dates of purchased products, which in the end affects the financial result and stability of business processes. In the conditions of limited financial resources and also because of large offer of goods and services in the market it is necessary to develop a model, which will allow you to optimize the procurement process through the improvement of the selection procedure of suppliers and decline of material costs as a result of effective negotiations and reduction of delivery time. Based on the conducted research the most common problems in the procurement process management on enterprise were identified, and also the standard scheme of procurement were analyzed and added with two new stages. The author developed and tested a system of evaluation criteria of supplier’s commercial offers and the quality of supplier’s work. In the article the proposed actions for procurement process optimization in large industrial enterprises are systematized, in the result the time of supply should be reduced in twice, and the savings from improving procurement will only increase. For the purpose to motivate staff and implement the principles of the developed model it is proposed to introduce a system of remuneration according to KPI, which would include the average time of consideration of the application and the amount of savings from the reduction of the contract price or transport costs. In total all events proposed in the article will ensure the business efficiency and its value.
