Abstract
A key element in the management of the College is its staff. Urgent becomes the need for continuous improvement of professional skills of educators, providing increase of efficiency of working with teachers as an initial stage of training of teachers. The search for new ways and means of updates methods, principles, content, nature management College focused on the creative initiative of the teaching staff and each teacher.
A fundamental transformation in the spiritual and the domestic sphere has touched all the formal and substantive sides of the education system, which received some of the functions of education authorities. At the same time repeatedly increased responsibility for own College decisions. The law of the Russian Federation "About education", being the creative force in the development of the Russian education system, encouraging democratic reforms in the management of the College, formation in it of collective relations, providing for equal right of all participants of educational process to participate in decision-making and responsibility for their implementation.
