Abstract
Composition, conditions of formation, deposition, distribution of diluvial deposits are considered. The main indicators of geotechnical properties of the deluvium are presented according to data geotechnical studies. Assessment of deluvial formations development area is shown. Recommendations on the conditions of construction are given.
