Abstract
The article considers the problem of regional budget deficits. After studying modern trends in the field of budget lending, it was concluded that additional measures should be taken to solve this problem. The authors considered the existing ways to overcome the budget deficit and, taking into account the current socio-economic conditions, assessed the possibility of their application in the Russian Federation.
