Abstract
The article analyzes trends in the improvement of continuing vocational education, reflects the leading principles and stages of the formation and development of pedagogical education, taking into account the regulatory and legal framework of the regional education system, the mechanisms for coordination and interaction of all parts of vocational education, the labor market, the employment center of the population and other structural units implementing Supplementary education programs.
