Abstract
The article considers the conditions for restoring the private property as a determining factor in the separation of household finance in the structure of the financial system of modern Russia. The author sees the defining marker of successful economic development of the country as the development of personal finances, the basis for which is freedom of the individual, pluralism of opinions, inviolability of the property right.
