Abstract
In this article we show that the perspectives of the use of information technologies in medicine and public health in Uzbekistan, such as: the teaching of medical and biological informatics for students of medical universities in Uzbekistan. Since, the subject of medical informatics is new, and naturally there are a number of issues that should immediately find their solutions. Issues of development of medical and biological informatics in Uzbekistan and teaching of this subject in universities of Uzbekistan are discussed on the basis of improving information technology.
