Abstract
Kinds of unemployment, complexity of struggle with it in conditions of shortage of vacancies are analyzed. The factors provoking growth of unemployment are detailed, the directions of a state policy promoting growth of employment of the population come to light. Offers and recommendations on formation of new workplaces and optimization of preparation of experts are formed.
